For destinations on the Italian territory - except destinations in the regions of Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and particular disadvantaged locations according to the definition of the Italian Post Office - the average delivery times to the Consumer are approximately 48/72 hours from the shipment of the Products by dormireacinquestelle.it (Savifin Srl portal) in the case of products that do not require customization; longer times are to be expected for the remaining products. For EU or non-EU countries, the expected average delivery times of the Products will be communicated from time to time.

Orders that do not include mattresses or bases are generally delivered within:
- 48/72 hours (Italy)
- 3/7 days (rest of the world)

Orders that include mattresses or bases, require 7/10 days for production and generally delivered within:
- 7/10 days (Italy)
- Variable depending on destination (rest of the world)

For all shipments a tracking number will be sent as soon as the goods are ready for shipment.
